Scorching, Troublesome Divine Flame

Utsuho is all about power and intensity. She does not strategize, mostly because thinking too hard about a battle plan would end up leaving her somewhat confused if things did not go the way that she had planned. Instead, she just does whatever seems like the best, and strongest, idea at the time. Battling to her is all about winning- it's not even fun to her usually unless she wins. Because of this, she will usually show absolutely no mercy, no matter what the situation. The only way she holds back is that she limits her nuclear power to the danmaku rules, because using it any more would actually cause serious, as well as widespread, damage. It's very hard to defeat her because of her sheer ruthlessness and dedication. However, Okuu has some very weak points in battle.

For one, she focuses ALL of her attention on sheer attack. This leaves her very open to being hit if you're fast enough. On top of all of that, she has individual issues that make her defensive and evasive skills even worse. She has a slow reaction rate, so her reflexes don't automatically kick in when she senses an oncoming attack. She has problems defending herself with a close opponent, so if you managed to get close enough to her, you would most likely be able to get many hard hits in. This is why most of her defensive spellcards involve her repelling opponents. On the evasion side, she is naturally quite slow moving, and the amount of accessories she has (such as a giant cape, arm cannon, and concrete leg) don't exactly help. And lastly, Utsuho is simply easily... Confused. If you were to use a very strategized-like battle method, especially one that requires much movement, she would most likely not know what to do, and end up just blindly shooting everywhere.

Her nuclear powers are her main tool that she uses in battle. As well as it being what all of her spellcards use, some of her most useful regular attacks involve shooting pure nuclear energy from her Third Eye or Third Leg. However, she does not limit herself to just that. Her melee strength is also quite formidable. Even without her accessories, she's a VERY hard hitter, usually refusing to hold back even a little bit (unlike her nuclear abilities which she at least keeps SOMEWHAT under control). Add her cannon and concrete foot, and it hits almost twice as hard. Occasionally she will combine the two methods, such as with her Yatagarasu Dive spellcard. Okuu usually prefers fighting on the ground. Even though she has wings, her ability to have hand-to-hand combat in the air is surprisingly bad. This doesn't mean she never uses it to her advantage, of course- many of her attacks involve going in the air to attack an opponent who is below her, though she only likes to stay airborn for a short amount of time.

Light Cover [Nuclear Visor]
Utsuho summons a pulsating fusion shield in front of her.
Defensive Effect: Barrier type - (User) +2 Defense this turn. (Cost 3 SP)

Burning Star [The Ten Suns]
Utsuho summons a ring of swirling suns around her that gradually rise into the air.
Defensive Effect: Protection Type - (User) +4 Defense this turn. -2 Defense for the next 3 turns. (Cost 4 SP)

Control [Self Tokamak]
Utsuho conjures up an atomic field around her.
Defensive Effect: Armor Type - (User) Take no damage if your defense is equal or higher than your opponent's attack. Lasts 3 turns. (Cost 4 SP)

Explosion Sign [Mega Flare]
Utsuho shoots out a massive orb of fusion from her Third Eye.
Offensive Effect: Focus Type - (Target) -2 Defense this turn. (Cost 3 SP)

[Hell's Artificial Sun]
Utsuho conjures a small orb of fusion overhead, then tosses it forward. On contact the enemy gets hit repeatedly. This ball gradually begins to grow over time.
Offensive Effect: Damage Type - (Target) At the start of each turn, lose 1 HP. Lasts 3 turns. (Cost 4 SP)

Crow Sign [Yatagarasu Dive]
Utsuho performs a backflip into the air before surrounding herself in fusion energy, and then dives diagonally downwards towards the enemy, Stuka style.
Offensive Effect: Critical Type - (User) Gains +3 Attack if attack roll is 8 or higher, not counting your Atk stat. (Cost 4 SP)

Explosion Sign [Giga Flare]
Utsuho aims her cannon before her and unleashes a devastating blast.
Offensive Effect: Dense Type - (User) Attack roll becomes 2d10 this turn. (Cost 5 SP)

[Abyss Nova]
Upon activation, Utsuho gradually gathers nuclear energy over time, as a yellow glow on her body intensifies. At the end, she freezes and becomes invulnerable, unleashing her built-up energy in a massive, radiating nuclear explosion that gets wider over time.
Offensive Effect: Lunatic Type - (User) Attack roll becomes 3d6 this turn. (Cost 5 SP)
